However, there is a small possibility that some details slips off. If your product turns out to be deficient or with any problem, you can contact us directly to our customer service. We will help you as soon as it possible.
Givelo will make sure to check your request and if necessary, we will ask you to send the garment back. Every product you return, must be washed and clean, if not, we will be sending the garment back to you. After we make a complete analysis of the garment, we will give you an answer with a proper solution to the problem. Items that are damaged as a result of excessive or long term usage are not considered faulty.
We do not cover any defects due to damage caused by accident, improper care, normal wear and tear, natural fading of colors and materials over time. If you purchase through one of our authorized dealers, please return the product to the retailer; the retailer will then forward the item to us and we will give them a quick solution.
