Return Policy

If your are not 100% satisfied with you purchase and wish to be reimbursed, you can return it within 30days upon receiving your product. The returned item must be completely new and unwashed.

If you have a return inquiry, please write to us at help@givelo.co, remember to include your order number and the reason you wish to return your product. Our customer service team will be in charge of your case and will guide you step by step on what you should do. If you are returning a garment due to quality issues, the return shipping expenses are fully prepaid by Givelo.

For all returns (except for quality claims), our clients are free to use the postal service they prefer. Clients must pay for shipping expenses. However, as an alternative, we offer you the possibility of returning garments using our FEDEX service, we will charge you the shipping expenses that corresponds.

Please be very careful when confirming your location to us. If you send us the wrong location, you will have to pay extra transactional expenses.

  • We reserve the right to refuse refunds for returned items that are not totally new, in their original packaging, in unsalable conditions or outside of the 30 day return policy. If you want these returned to you, we may request that you cover the delivery cost.
  • All gift cards are non-refundable.
  • If you want a different size or colour, please place a new order after returning the unwanted product.
  • It can usually take up to 25 working days for your return to be delivered back to us.
  • We’ll send you an email as soon as we’ve received your returned items. Once returned item is approved, we’ll refund your original payment, usually within 24 hours.
  • It can then take up to 10 working days for the funds to appear back in your account depending on your bank or card issuer.
