FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
We can start your custom order with 12 units per model / design. For socks, we require a minimum of 30 units.
You don't have to have a design. If you have ideas, colors, and references, our graphic team will help you conceptualize a genuine design for your team.
Givelo's delivery promise is just 35 business days. To start production, sizes and quantities must be confirmed, the graphic design on the fabric approved, and 50% of the total order value paid in advance.
You can reschedule the project, starting from 6 units and up with a promised delivery time of only 20 business days (terms and conditions apply).
