Yes. We know that a perfect fit is everything, which is why we offer free size exchanges on all items not purchased at a discount.

Conditions for exchanges:

• The product must have been purchased on givelo.cc or through our official direct sales channels.
  
• The request must be made within 30 calendar days of delivery.
  
• Garments must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
  
• They must be sent in their original packaging, along with the shipping label generated by Reversso.
  
• Once we receive and verify the product, our team will process and send the previously coordinated exchange.
  

Discounted Products

Garments purchased at a discount can only be exchanged for a different color or size of the same reference and collection, subject to availability.

In these cases, the customer must cover the shipping cost to and from Givelo's facilities.

Medellín and Metropolitan Area

Shipping is done by courier or with Coordinadora and delivery time is 2 to 4 business days.

National

Products will be shipped via Coordinadora or FedEx. We have a delivery time of 2 to 4 business days for Bogotá, Cali, Barranquilla, Cartagena, Manizales, Armenia, and Pereira, and 3-7 business days for the rest of the country. Delivery days are counted from the day after the order is placed.

We offer free shipping and returns in Colombia on all purchases over $350,000 COP.

If the order is less than $350,000, shipping costs $10,000.

At Givelo we offer unisex fits for jerseys, jackets, and gilets, so we recommend following our size guide for greater accuracy.
