Return Policy

EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY

We want your garment to fit you perfectly and for you to enjoy it on every ride.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request an exchange or return within 30 days of delivery.

Garments must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, including original packaging.

Please include your order number and the reason for the exchange or return. Our customer service team will guide you step-by-step through the process.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

For an exchange or return to be accepted:

  • The product must have been purchased on givelo.cc or through our official direct sales channels.

  • The request must be made within 30 calendar days from delivery.

  • Garments must be unused, unwashed, and in original salable condition.

  • They must be sent in their original packaging.

Givelo reserves the right to reject returns of products that do not meet these conditions.

DISCOUNTED PRODUCTS

Garments purchased on discount or promotion:

  • Can only be exchanged for size or color of the same reference and collection, subject to availability.

  • Are not eligible for refund.

In these cases:

  • The customer must bear the cost of shipping to Givelo's facilities.

  • The exchange must be managed by writing to: digital1@givelo.cc

REFUND PROCESS

Once we receive your returned product:

  1. Our team will inspect the garment to verify its condition.

  2. We will notify you once the return has been approved.

  3. The refund will be processed within 48 hours of approval.

Depending on your bank or card issuer, funds may take up to 10 business days to reflect in your account.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • Gift cards are not refundable.

  • If you provide an incorrect address for the exchange or return shipment, additional costs may apply.

  • If the returned product does not comply with the policy conditions, we may refuse the refund or request payment for shipping to return the item to you.
